Hull announces new 50% tuition fee scholarships for postgraduate students

The University of Hull has announced that they are offering 50 tuition fee scholarships worth £5,000 each to full-time postgraduate taught students from the following countries:

Bangladesh

Egypt

Ghana

India

Indonesia

Kenya

Nigeria

Pakistan

Thailand

Vietnam

To be considered for a scholarship you will need to be a national of and normally resident in any of the eligible countries listed above, have achieved a minimum 2.1 degree classification at bachelors level or equivalent, have met the University’s standard English language requirements and have received an offer of study from the University of Hull. The scholarships are for 2019 entry and the deadlines for applications is 30 April 2019 (Round one) and 28 June 2019 (Round two).









Robbers chop off the two hands of UDUS class rep


A 200-level Linguistics student of the Usmanu Dan Fodio University, Sokoto State, has lost both hands, following an attack by some suspected armed robbers.

According to his classmates, Habibu A. Nakasare, was attacked on Sunday, around Mana, Sokoto, by the suspects who snatched his motorcycle after chopping off his two hands.

  1. All Saints University College of Medicine also offer 50% scholarship to eligible students. Read all instructions and rules for before applying to any scholarship program. Most of the colleges offer scholarship according to the govt rules. Thanks, for this post.
